Designing the District Atlas¶

The District Atlas maps the social and political terrain upon which those failures occur. Wealth, density, and influence vary wildly from Nap Hill to the Shades, dictating who feels a crisis first and whose complaints reach the Palace.

It is the anatomy of the city's populace.
